Site development and management
We develop and manage our sites on a contract basis. Our services include computer surveying, tree felling, site clearing, earthworks, landscaping, fencing (rock/wire), tarring & pavement, rainwater harvesting, solar power installation, and security solutions.
Computer survey
We will utilize the services of a professional computer surveying team from Surveytech to conduct a comprehensive survey of the site.
Earthwork
All necessary permits and approvals from the government's mining and geology department and other local authorities will be obtained before beginning any earthwork on site.
Tree felling
To accurately determine the value of each tree on the property, we will engage the services of professional valuators. If the owner wishes to sell any of the trees, we will handle the necessary arrangements to facilitate the sale.
Site clearing
We will remove and properly dispose of all tree stumps, stubble, and other debris from the site. This will be done in accordance with government regulations and with the necessary authorizations from local authorities.
Landscaping
Our team of professional in-house landscapers will be available to provide expert design and maintenance services for your outdoor spaces.
Fencing
We offer a choice of granite rock or mesh wire fencing options for all the sites we develop, allowing you to choose the material that best suits your needs and preferences.
